Hall Effect Current Sensor Closed Loop Technology
Outline
J&D's JHAC SERIES is based on Closed-Loop Hall current technology. A Closed-loop Current sensor consists of Hall device, a coiled magnetic core and a current amplifier. The primary current(IP) creates a primary magnetic flux which is connected to the electronic circuit. The hall device in the air gapped core provides a proportioned voltage to the primary magnetic flux. This voltage is amplified and converted into a secondary current(IS). A secondary current(Is) multiplies as secondary winding turns. It set off the primary magnetic flux. Therefore a secondary current(Is) is Exactly proportional to the primary current at any time. An output voltage(Vm) is detected by measuring resistance(Rm).
